TOTAL RELAXATION
nurtures physical and emotional well-being
An extraordinary session blending individual therapy with a remarkable experience.
Sound Healing
Sound therapy, often experienced as a sound bath, is a meditative practice where participants are immersed in waves of sound designed to promote relaxation and healing. These sounds are created using various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, rattles, flutes, tuning forks, and even the human voice.
Unlike traditional music, the sounds in a sound bath lack a structured melody or rhythm. Instead, they consist of carefully chosen instruments with deep resonance and harmonic overtones, which are believed to foster a sense of balance and well-being.
During a sound bath session, participants typically lie down or find a comfortable position, allowing their bodies and minds to relax. The sound therapist guides the experience, sometimes incorporating group chants or mantras like OM to deepen the practice. These sessions generally last between 60 and 90 minutes, offering a unique opportunity to release tension and connect with a state of inner peace.

Sound Healing in Native Ancestry
Sound therapy has deep roots in Native traditions, using instruments like drums, flutes, and chants to heal, align with nature, and connect spiritually. Today, modern sound healing continues these practices, promoting balance, energy flow, and overall well-being.
Sacred Tools for Healing
In our therapies, we use only the finest instruments, chosen for their ability to carry vibrations through the body with respect and harmony. As our ancestors understood, the body is deeply connected to water, which makes up much of who we are. These vibrations resonate through our cells, reaching organs and places in need of balance and healing.
Bowls Forged in Harmony with the Cosmos
Following ancient traditions, the bowls are shaped by hand using seven sacred metals. Each metal represents a celestial force: the Sun, Moon, and the planets of our solar system. Their combined resonance honors the harmony of creation and our place within it.
Gong Made in Germany
The Paiste Sun Gong, handcrafted in Germany, is tuned to the Sun’s frequency (B1, 126.22 Hz), producing rich, vibrant tones that promote balance and vitality. Its unique range, from soft whispers to powerful waves, connects deeply to the solar energy that sustains life.
Tibetan Full Moon Singing Bowls
Tibetan Full Moon Singing Bowls are forged under the full moon, blending seven sacred metals to create soothing tones. Their lunar energy supports relaxation, emotional clarity, and deep healing, rooted in ancient Himalayan traditions.
The Process Itself
Our sound therapy sessions are carefully crafted to provide a serene and rejuvenating experience, promoting deep relaxation and balance. These sessions can be enjoyed in various settings, offering a soothing retreat for individuals or groups looking to restore harmony and well-being in their daily lives.
Individual Sessions
During individual sessions, the bowls are placed near the client to create a personal soundscape that promotes deep relaxation and healing. The therapy fosters a profound connection between the practitioner and the client, allowing the vibrations to harmonize energy and encourage balance. Each session lasts approximately one hour.
Group Sessions
In group sessions and sound meditations, there is no physical contact, but the vibrations still resonate through the group, fostering a shared sense of relaxation and connection. During the session, the practitioner can guide and inspire participants, encouraging positive results, teamwork, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Theta Level
In the session, the brain enters a theta state, promoting deep relaxation and reducing mental activity. As the brain focuses on the sound and vibrations, it quiets the flow of thoughts, creating space for healing. This aligns with Indigenous traditions, where sound calms the mind and fosters a deeper connection to self and nature.
